I am glad you asked, Anonymous. Sometimes I think you forget about me out there in that location where you are at.
I am quite happy with how my day has gone so far. I woke up much too early for a Saturday and then spent a large part of it driving around the area where my work is moving trying to find a closer apartment that also costs somewhat less than what I am paying now. The number of dollars I give to the people that own my apartment is a high number, and the number of dollars I get from the people that let me do various jobs for them during the day is a low number. I seek to fix this and also maybe get a pool table I can use.
But a friend from my work came with me, so I had fun, and I ate a delicious burger and shake and also some fries. I found a place that I like quite a bit, but I would either need one of their smaller places to open up or to find a roommate if I want to end up saving any money compared to where I live now. And I do need to save money compared to where I live now.
I did that and then when I got home started reading Caught Stealing which I am also liking. I am a fan of the author.
Also I have tried unsuccessfully to take a nap. It may be too hot for such things. This issue requires further study.
So not a bad day at all really. I feel productive and lately less a stranger in this land than I had been for a long time after the move.
